  • 2 green courgettes
  • 3 eggs
  • 400 ml of whole milk
  • 150 g flour
  • 400 g boneless salmon fillet
  • 80 g sliced Roucoulons
  • Nutmeg
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • 10 sprigs of chives

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Cut the courgettes into thin strips.

    Cut the salmon fillet into slices.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs, then gradually add the flour.

    Add milk, herbs and nutmeg.

    Add the thinly cut Roucoulons.

    Add salt and pepper

    In a baking dish, rub a clove of garlic and lightly oil the dish.

    Pour out the Roucoulons based mixture.

    Take a strip of courgette, place a slice of salmon on it, then firmly roll up the strip of courgette+salmon.
