- 2 pounds baking potatoes
- 1 pot of Délice de Truffe
- pepper
- Utensil: 1 potato masher
Preparation
- 1Peel the potatoes.
- 2Bring a pot of water to a boil.
- 3Add potatoes and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes; drain.
- 4Using a potato masher, slowly blend the potatoes with Délice de Truffe.
- 5Season with pepper to taste.
